Henry Reider
Henry Reider is a content creator, poet, and a MDR-TB survivor from Freetown, Sierra Leone. Through his YouTube channel, Henry shares a window into what life is like in Freetown, including the lifestyle, business, culture, and challenges of his community. Henry is an advocate for improving access to clean water in Sierra Leone, as well as against tuberculosis. His story is told in John Green's Everything is Tuberculosis, a New York Times #1 bestseller.
John Green
John Green is a young-adult and nonfiction writer, and the author of Everything is Tuberculosis. He is the co-creator of Vlogbrothers, Crash Course, and the Project For Awesome (alongside his brother, Hank.) John is also a member of the board of trustees of Partners in Health, where he (alongside Nerdfighteria) has raised funds to fight maternal mortality in Sierra Leone. He has also advocated for and help fund TB diagnostics, treatment, and prevention around the world.
